4C Technical Services LLC (4CTS) was created from a vision for a technical services firm that would bring innovation into our lives in a way that no other company had done before. This dream came true when 4CTS was established in 2015. Since then, we’ve worked on many projects with the single goal of providing innovative engineering solutions to a variety of technically-oriented customers.
4CTS is a privately-held SBA/SDVOSB-certified small business offering technical and engineering consultation to the Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology, and Cyberspace Security industries.
4CTS has three major objectives:
Offer Aerospace Engineering and IT/Cyberspace security services via sub-contractual relationships with larger companies
Capture prime contractual agreements with governmental entities at all levels with a focus on key skill-sets in Aerospace and IT/Cyberspace Security
Seek consulting opportunities throughout multiple industries to expand Space & Cyberspace services

LaMont Aerospace offers elegant nano-satellite systems engineering and operations solutions. From nano & micro-satellite launch, integration and deployment services to subsystems design and real-time mission Command, Control and Data Handling.
STAARS
Space Technology and Advanced Research Systems, Inc. (STaARS) has established a rapid time to flight, high throughput, advanced biotechnology, biomedical and life science research program on the International Space Station. This program is made up of multiple research campaigns with focus areas including cancer studies, radiation studies, Stem-Cell therapeutics, Bio-fuel generation and Nano-particle development.
